Our 5 Main Focuses

 Leadership Development - The goal of AAKRK is to connect "disadvantaged" students with prominent leaders in the community with the idea of giving them an example to look at, to be directly connected to.  Throughout our program we will be able to provide an experience that will help develop integrity, character, and other traits often neglected by traditional education. With solidarity and togetherness being foundational pillars for the structure of AAKRK, I believe with the commitment of both the students and mentors we can contribute to the progression of Black excellence on an unparalleled level.  

Arts & Culture - Our goal is to introduce students to different cultural practices by rewarding high achieving students with opportunities to go to different states to expand their cultural knowledge. We also would like to connect them with prominent local artists such as painters, videographers, graphic designers etc. to better understand the connection between art, culture, and spirit. As well as redirect the focus from culturally destructive art to more thought provoking art all while understanding the balance.  

Business & Workforce Development- AAKRK wants to identify interest and talents students express, then pair them with local Black business owners to further develop those skills exponentially.  We will encourage self sufficiency by teaching transferable skills that can be utilized on the different levels of business; Employed, Self Employed, & Entrepreneurship. Additionally, we will identify different techniques to overcome systematic barriers set in place to limit occupational opportunity. i.e resumes, interview etiquette, personality test, etc.

Educational Equity - AAKRK will be able to bridge the gap educationally by teaching students HOW to learn.  Understanding that access to the tools/education is no longer the issue we must focus on teaching students how to find information digitally and organically; for example using an Atlas, dictionary, road map. Every student will have a customized learning plan based on individual learning styles.   

Health & Well Being - Unfortunately, we have been misled our whole lives when it comes to health and wellness.  Anybody remember the "Got Milk?" ads or the promotion of tobacco products as remedies for mental stress?  AAKRK plans to combat the lies with truth and discipline. We will do that by connecting students with health professionals I already have in my network as well as outside.  We have a garden to teach students how to cultivate their own living food instead of depending on heavenly tainted produce and genetically modified dead animals.  What we eat is a direct correlation to our mental health. I believe we must look at the contributing factors to mental disease and the things we can do to assist with the transition from unhealthy habits to habits that will provide a better lifestyle both physical and mental.  

 Brandon Prayer is an inspiring young entrepreneur who was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growing up in a single-parent household headed by his mother, who was just 15 years old at the time of his birth, Brandon experienced firsthand the challenges faced by children and young adults born in similar circumstances.

Determined to make a positive impact on his community, Brandon founded All About Kings Raising Kings in 2021. This non-profit organization is dedicated to providing resources, experience, drug and gun awareness/prevention, and a supportive community for Young Kings and the broader community.

With the help of his dedicated staff, volunteers, and generous donors, Brandon is committed to improving the lives of young people in his community. All About Kings Raising Kings provides a safe and supportive environment for young men to learn, grow, and succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Through his work with this remarkable non-profit organization, Brandon is making a real difference in the lives of young people in Cincinnati and beyond.
