Kitu Veal is a community leader and successful entrepreneur from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is actively involved in various philanthropic activities and has established a non-profit organization called 'Fight For It.' The organization helps soon-to-be graduates pay for initial business costs of up to $1,000. Kitu selects the recipients through a business plan contest, providing young entrepreneurs with an opportunity to kick-start their careers.

Breon Gray is a dedicated personal development coach and founder of B-Grayt, a company that focuses on helping individuals unlock their full potential. With a passion for empowering young minds, Breon is committed to helping kids discover their unique talents and achieve their goals. Through his work with non-profits, Breon has helped to create meaningful change in the lives of countless young people. Shannon Ruffin is a highly accomplished mentor and entrepreneur, with a diverse range of experience across various fields. As a proud father and husband, he is deeply committed to his family and community, and has made it his life's work to empower others to achieve their full potential.

 Shannon's educational background includes attending Aiken and transferring to Dayton Job Corps for business, where he honed his skills in management and entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Black Chamber of Commerce, and has been actively involved in supporting and advocating for Black-owned businesses throughout his career.

In addition to his work in business, Shannon Ruffin is the founder of The Rockstone Self Reliance Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals and communities build self-sufficiency and resilience. Through this organization, he has provided training, resources, and support to countless individuals and families in need.

Shannon Ruffin is also the owner of Rockstone Property, a real estate investment firm that specializes in helping individuals and families achieve financial stability through smart property investments. Additionally, he is the owner of Rockstone Vendors, a business that provides high-quality products and services to businesses and organizations throughout the community.

Trey and Josh are lifelong friends who have been on a journey together since their teenage years in Atlanta. They share a passion for culinary arts, and their love for cooking has taken them on an amazing journey. They are now proud partners of a popular southern-style breakfast restaurant 6 in The Mornin' in Cincinnati.

Both Trey and Josh are very approachable and have a reputation for being kind-hearted and friendly. They love to mentor students and are excited to pass on their knowledge and experience to the next generation. Their goal is to leave a positive impact on the lives of the students they mentor.
